Convergence
A downloadable TTRPG fragment
Convergence is a collaborative resolution mechanic. It's designed to balance the democratic spirit of GM-less design (how well do you all think the thief can scale that rickety fire escape?), with the direction and surprise that comes with having an arbitrator (The Narrator knows the fire escape has been rigged to collapse). Vote with your tokens, draw, and see the outcome!
It's designed to be compatible with all TTRPGs, and is MOSAIC-strict. Submitted as part of the Tiny Library Mosaic Jam for Modern Fantasy. One of three entries from Shrike Tabletop.
The files are designed for Bridge cards and your download comes with a cover PNG, a front PNG, and a back PNG.

It's a really nice and original mechanism!
Probably too slow for combat-heavy games, with loads of resolutions, but very elegant and well suited for more narrative games.
